Frank Lill & Son, Inc. was General Contractor in charge of all field construction, including mechanical, civil, and electrical, for the installation of four (4) GE Frame 7EA Combustion Turbines. This eight figure project added over 320 MW of additional power generating capacity to TVA’s system.
