Frank Lill & Son, Inc. was awarded the contract to refurbish 6 boilers at the Sheridan Avenue Steam Plant in Albany, NY. This plant is used to heat the NY State Office Complex in Empire State Plaza. This project included a total retube, refractory and casing replacements along with new burners, controls, and economizers on all six (6) units.
