Frank Lill & Son, Inc. was awarded this project, which consisted of procurement, delivery, and installation of a new low-pressure evaporator, low pressure steam drum, and high pressure steam drum internals. Erection also included trim piping, down comers, interconnect piping, insulation removal and replacement, selective electrical demolition and replacement, access ladders, stairwells, and platform modifications. The existing HRSG is a Nooter Eriksen two-pressure system boiler that feeds a steam turbine that was placed into service in 1991. The plant is a 150 MW Combined Cycle plant with a Siemens Gas turbine model V84.2.
