Our firm has had its own quality control programs for many years. Originally starting with the ASME A Stamp in the 1950's, we have constantly strived to improve our program through the addition of the PP, U, R and S Stamps.

We have extensive experience in utilizing a variety of welding processes including: SMAW, GTAW, Flux Core, Orbital and MIG on a broad range of metals such as: carbon steel, stainless steel, inconel, chrome, hasteloy, nickel, etc. In addition to working under the ASME code we have in depth experience working under AWS, API, ANSI, AWWA and FDA codes. Visual, destructive sectional sampling, X-Ray, magnetic particle, ultrasound, die penetrant and video internal boroscoping are among a variety of project specific quality inspection and stress relieving programs managed by the firm.

These programs enable us to provide our clients with a broad range of qualified welding services, from emergency repairs through vessel design and alterations.


 

We offer complete process piping services for those projects requiring it. Our firm also offers steamfitters, who instal steam piping and boiler pressure vessels. Power plant piping along with retubing and recasing is another ASME certified service we offer.


 

We have also gained recognition from both utilities and private industry for our ability to perform major overhaul maintenance services when outages demand fast response and work completion under tight deadlines.


 

Our firm can obtain immediate bonding on projects up to $50 million and has the ability to gain bonding on projects in excess of this amount after insurance company approval. We are a financially strong firm and are listed with Dun & Bradstreet (D-U-N-S No. 00-977-7392) and our principal bank is M & T Bank, Rochester, New York.
