Exelon New Boston Station—South Boston, MA

Performed structural repairs and painted FT4A-7LF Gas Turbine Filter House. Repairs included sub-structure and replacement of floor, filter support grid frame, miscellaneous inlet duct repairs, as well as priming and painting of the entire filter house. Due to our response time for emergency outages and our quality of work, Frank Lill and Son is the preferred contractor at Exelon.

Department of the Navy Portsmouth Naval Shipyard—Kittery, ME

Modernization and conversion of four existing 200,000lb ST/HR field-erected boilers in the Central Power Plant to fire natural gas and #2 fuel oil as the plant fuels in lieu of the existing #6 fuel oil. This project included the entire replacement of the boiler refractory settings in the boilers, installation of a new DCS Control System, all of which brings the plant up to current environmental air emission requirements for these new fuels.

Fluor Constructors International, Ford River Rouge—Dearborn, MI

Field erection of two Aalborg Industries HRSGs on two Frame 7FA Combustion Turbines. Project includes the erection of two 200' steel stacks.

City of Holland, Ford River Rouge—Holland, MI

Furnished and installed a new Low NOx coal-fired burner system, including four new burners on a Combustion Engineering 300,000 lb ST/HR boiler at the Municipal Central Generation Station.

GE Corp, TVA New Johnsonville—New Johnsonville, TN

General contractor in charge of all field construction, including mechanical, civil, and electrical for the installation of four GE Frame 7 Combustion Turbines. This project added over 320MW of additional power generating capacity to TVA's system.
