In the early 1980’s Frank Lill & Son, Inc. successfully completed this project that consisted of a total rebuild of (2) High Temperature Hot Water Generators and a complete back end emissions retrofit. The air pollution control upgrades installed by Frank Lill included new baghouse, fans, and erection of a smoke stack. Additionally we installed a new DDS system.
