Frank Lill & Son, Inc. had the EPC/Design Build installation of Low N0x coal/oil fired burners with combustion controls, plant controls, burner management systems, distributed controls system, lead and asbestos abatement, removal and installation of boiler instrumentation and turbine control instrumentation. The instrumentation controls and burners were installed on three 150,000# St./Hr. Combustion Engineering VU 40 Boilers.
