Somerset Generating Station

Frank Lill & Son, Inc. has performed numerous multi-million dollar outages at this facility; the most recent of which was in the spring of 2014. Throughout our long history of working at this facility we have completed projects in which we performed the following items while mobilizing approximately 400 craftsmen for 3-8 week periods working 2 shifts: Major tube work on carbon steel, chrome and stainless to a min. wall thickness to .450, burner rebuilds, pulverizer rebuilds, air heater repairs, major piping replacements, SCR repairs, fan repairs (including rotor change outs), absorber repairs, precipitator repairs and refractory repairs.
